TMS vs. Neurofeedback: How They Differ
Which one fits usually comes down to what you have already tried.
When medication has not worked
Magnetic pulses to the part of the brain involved in mood regulation. Non-invasive, no anaesthetic. FDA-cleared for depression, not for anxiety.
When regulation is the problem
Sensors read your brain activity and feed it back to you in real time, so your brain gradually learns to settle itself. Nothing is sent into you, and nothing invasive is involved.
What to Expect in a Session
The part nobody explains until you are already in the chair.
In a reclining chair, awake, in your own clothes. No sedation and no needles.
