Admissions

Admissions at Sprout Recovery in Fort Myers, FL

Two ways to start: verify your insurance online, or schedule a personalized assessment call. Neither one commits you to anything.

You do not need a diagnosis, a plan, or all the answers before you reach out. That is what the call is for.

What to Expect During Admissions

This is not "book an appointment" in the generic sense. It is a scheduled, personalized conversation, and it takes the time it takes.

1
You reach out

By phone or by verifying your insurance online. Nothing is decided yet, and nothing is expected of you.

2
We schedule your assessment

A personalized 45–60 minute call, not a rushed intake form. It takes that long because we are actually listening.

3
We figure it out together

We talk through your history, what you are experiencing, and what you are looking for. No pressure to enroll.

What happens when I reach out to Sprout Recovery?

We'll schedule a personalized 45–60 minute assessment call, where we'll talk through your history, what you're experiencing, and what you're looking for. There's no obligation. It's a conversation to help figure out the right next step together.

Do I need a diagnosis before I reach out?

No. Many people reach out before they've labeled what they're dealing with. Our team will help you understand your situation during the assessment.

How do I know if my insurance is accepted?

We're in-network with Florida Blue, Cigna, and Humana. UnitedHealthcare commercial plans are accepted at the Moderate Support/High Support level. Aetna is in-network at the Ongoing Support level and can also be billed at Moderate Support/High Support. Medicare is accepted at the Ongoing Support level only. We're not currently in-network with Medicaid, Sunshine Health, or Ambetter — if that's your plan, reach out anyway and we'll talk through self-pay and financial assistance options.

What if I can't afford treatment even with insurance?

Reach out and our team will walk you through your self-pay and payment options before you commit to anything. If housing costs are part of what's holding you back, we also have a separate housing assistance program you may qualify for.

How quickly can I be seen after reaching out?

Timing depends on your specific situation and our current scheduling. Our team will give you a clear answer when you reach out, rather than a generic estimate.
