We offer a full outpatient continuum: Partial Hospitalization Program (High Support), Intensive Outpatient Program (Moderate Support), General Outpatient Program (Ongoing Support), TMS, Neurofeedback, and optional Sober Living. Every program is designed to meet you at the level of support you actually need right now, not a one-size-fits-all track.
What's the difference between High Support and Moderate Support?
High Support is our most intensive outpatient level of care. You're with us most of the day, Monday through Friday, and return home in the evenings. Moderate Support meets fewer hours and fewer days per week, so you can keep working, studying, or caring for your family while still getting meaningful clinical support. Many people step down from High Support into Moderate Support; others start directly in Moderate Support.
Do you offer detox or residential/inpatient treatment?
We're outpatient only — High Support, Moderate Support, and Ongoing Support — with no medical detox and no residential or inpatient care. If you need detox first, reach out and we'll help point you toward a trusted detox provider, then welcome you into High Support or Moderate Support once you're ready for that next step.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
Our approach uses medication management alongside therapy-based support for substance use recovery. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a separate service — if that's specifically what you need, we're happy to help point you toward a provider who offers it.
Is Neurofeedback really included in your programs, or is it an add-on?
Neurofeedback is built directly into our Moderate Support. It's not an upsell or a separate purchase. Some clients opt out, but it's there as part of the program itself, which isn't something we've seen offered by other Moderate Support programs in this area.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We're in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, MultiPlan, Carelon, ComPsych, Cigna, Magellan, and Tricare, and accept Medicare at the Ongoing Support level. Coverage varies by plan, so our admissions team will verify your specific benefits and walk you through what's covered before you commit to anything.

Our programs are for adults dealing with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or both together. We treat mental health and addiction as equally primary, not one as a footnote to the other.
