Signs of PTSD and Trauma
Have a formal PTSD diagnosis already in hand
Have never used that word for what happened to you
Haven't named it, understood it, or processed it yet
Know something from your past still shapes how you feel and react
Are ready to talk about it, at whatever pace actually works for you
Both are real, valid reasons to reach out.
Our team will help you take it from there, no diagnosis or clinical language required.

Our clinicians are trained to recognize how trauma shapes behavior, and to treat the patterns underneath it, not just the symptoms it left behind.
Helps you spot the thought patterns trauma leaves behind, and build something steadier in their place.
See how CBT works →Skills-based work for the intense emotions and reactions that often follow unprocessed trauma.
See how DBT works →A private, one-on-one space to work through what happened, at a pace that is actually yours.
See how individual therapy works →Working alongside people who understand what it is like to carry something heavy, when that helps.
See how group therapy works →TMS and Neurofeedback for PTSD
TMS is not FDA-cleared for PTSD or trauma directly. Its clearance is specifically for treatment-resistant depression, and depression very often shows up alongside trauma. If that sounds like you, TMS may be worth discussing as part of treating that co-occurring depression, not as a direct treatment for the trauma itself.
Neurofeedback is different. It is not built around an FDA clearance for trauma either, but it may help with the nervous system dysregulation that often comes with it, things like feeling constantly on edge or unable to settle. Our team will talk through what is clinically appropriate for your specific situation before either one is ever on the table.
Levels of Care for Trauma Treatment
Every level of care includes the same trauma-informed foundation. What changes is how many hours a week it takes.
Full days of structured programming, with individual and group therapy built in.
See what a full day looks like →Fewer hours than High Support, with the same trauma-informed care built around your schedule.
See if this fits your schedule →Our lightest ongoing level of support, still built around your specific history and goals.
See what the lightest touch looks like →You do not have to start at the top. We work that out together.
