Compassion
You will not be reduced to a diagnosis here. Our team listens first, and takes seriously the fact that what brought you to us has a history behind it. Trauma, loss, isolation, years of trying to hold it together. We meet you as a whole person, and we do it without judgment, because shame has never helped anyone get well.
Transparency
You should know what treatment involves and what it costs before you commit to it, not three weeks in. We verify your benefits up front, explain what your plan covers and what it doesn’t, and tell you plainly if we are not the right fit. Honest answers, even the inconvenient ones.
Accountability
We hold ourselves to outcomes, not just effort. That means measuring progress, adjusting your plan when something is not working, and following through on what we say we will do. It also means asking the same of you, gently and consistently, because recovery asks something of both of us.
At Sprout Recovery, we exist to make real mental health and addiction treatment accessible to the people of Southwest Florida, without the stigma that keeps so many from asking for help in the first place.

We treat mental health conditions and substance use disorders as primary, whether you are facing one, the other, or both tangled together. We pair proven clinical therapy with innovative treatment and flexible programs to fit the life you actually have.

Recovery is not about returning to who you were before. It is about reclaiming your life with purpose, and growing into someone who you’re proud to be.

The personalized care at Zion Healing Center truly made a difference in my recovery journey. The team’s attentiveness and genuine concern helped me regain my confidence and joy in life.

This place saved my life and really helped me transition into a healthier lifestyle. The compassion and care, coping skills and the different approach to mental health and substance abuse has changed me! I can now live the life with my authentic self! I was in one of the lowest places and the staff loved me and had a different approach with neurofeedback and TMS to provide me with the best care. I would have died without this facility and now I am thriving. I have been to many treatment facilities and this was by far the most holistic care and treatment. They approach depression, anxiety and cognitive behavioral therapy in an advanced style. Ther aren’t words to express how much they truly changed my life! I thank you Zion! You are by far the most amazing healing place!!!!

I haven’t received treatment from Zion Healing Center but called to get information on the TMS that they offer. I spoke to Kaitlyn and let me tell you. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. She didn’t push for me to make an appointment and called a week after to check up on me. Very caring. She is top notch. Thanks for all your help.

I want to share my experience. I am a 63 year old man and had suffered depression for over 40 years off and on. I tried medicines, years of talk therapy. I got covid in Nov. 2020. I almost died. I missed 31 days of work and actually went back to early but I was worried I would lose my job. The reason I tell the story of Covid 19 is because I have been through hell for 3 1/2 years now. I am a covid long hauler and if you dont know what that is, it is what happens to 10 to 20% of the people that catch covid and survive. My depression came back 10 times worse then the other past 40 years. I was and still have so many medical issues and NO doctors will help me. Now back to Dec 2023. I never told anyone how bad my depression had gotten since covid. I started looking for help online and I saw a add on FB for Zion healing center. I told myself that if I didn’t try to get help who knows what I would do. I went in for my consultation and after asking questions about what services they do I didn’t even think about it, I signed up that day. I started my NeuroStar treatments that Friday. I had signed up for the 36 treatment plan. Going every Monday through Friday like they recommended. The first week I didn’t notice much. But after week 2 and 3. I noticed a big change. My feelings of wanting to fall asleep and not wake up started to change.

There is a warm and comfortable atmosphere that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. During my initial appointment, the staff listened to me without judgment and went over all the services & we created a plan that would best support me. I’m grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I recommend trying the neurofeedback, it helped relieve my anxiety

I have been attending counseling , group therapy, and receiving neurofeedback for approximately four weeks and I have realized an amazing difference in my level of depression and anxiety.I now sleep better than I have in decades.I handle situations with better overall focus and I am able to remain calm while handling difficult tasks. At least they were difficult for me.I personally recommend anyone dealing with mental issues beyond their control to call Zion Healing Center to schedule a consultation.I am certain you will find this to be constructive in your efforts to improve your mental being.
