Sprout Recovery's general outpatient program (GOP) in Fort Myers, FL is our lowest-intensity level of structured care, with individual and/or group therapy on a lighter schedule than IOP. People start here directly or step down from IOP. It is the one level of care where Sprout accepts Medicare.

GOP is typically the lowest-intensity structured level in our continuum — often weekly individual and/or group sessions rather than daily programming.
It gives you ongoing clinical support without the time commitment of PHP or IOP, for whenever that is the right amount of structure for where you are.
