Treatment That Fits Around Your Life
Our IOP gives you meaningful clinical support without asking you to step away from everything else. You attend group and individual sessions at our Fort Myers center for a few hours at a time, several days a week, then head home to put what you learned into practice.
Recovery that happens alongside your actual life, with your actual relationships and responsibilities, tends to hold. You are not learning skills in a vacuum. You are testing them in real time, then coming back with what worked and what didn’t.
Every member of our clinical team is licensed, and care is personalized from day one, shaped by your history, your current needs, and where you want to go next.
Mental Health Conditions We Treat
Our IOP serves adults 18 and older who are managing a mental health condition, a substance use disorder, or both at once. It is a strong fit if you:
- Are recovering from drug or alcohol use and want peer accountability and mentorship
- Have work, school, or family responsibilities that make full-time treatment impossible
- Are stepping down from our PHP and want to keep momentum
- Have tried outpatient therapy and found it wasn't enough on its own
- Are ready to do the work, but need it to fit into a real schedule

IOP Built for Real Recovery
Most intensive outpatient programs offer therapy and group work. Ours goes further.
Neurofeedback
Most programs reserve this for higher levels of care, or don’t offer it at all. We build it into IOP, helping your brain learn to self-regulate.
Increased Flexibility
Evening sessions and part-time hours mean treatment fits around your job, classes, and family, so you don’t have to give them up.
Optional Sober Living
For clients in recovery from substance use who need a stable, supportive place to stay while they focus on treatment.
Transportation
We facilitate rides to IOP groups, so getting here isn’t the thing that stops you from seeking treatment.
Trauma-Informed Staff
Our clinicians are trained to recognize how trauma shapes behavior and treat the root, not just the symptoms that grew from it.
Holistic Wellness
Yoga, mindfulness, and movement are built into the program, because recovery does not happen only in your head.
General Outpatient Services
Ongoing outpatient care that grows with you, from individual therapy and medication management to Neurofeedback and long-term support.
A Space Designed for Recovery
Our Fort Myers center was built to feel like somewhere you can breathe. Outdoor gardens, a smoke-free campus, flexible technology policies, and internet access, so you can stay connected to work and family while you focus on yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An IOP is a structured treatment program for adults managing a mental health condition, a substance use disorder, or both. You attend sessions at our facility for a few hours a day, several days a week, and return home afterward.
On the continuum of care, IOP is a step down from a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering meaningful clinical support with less of a time commitment.
How is IOP Different from PHP?
Both are outpatient programs where you live at home. The difference is intensity. PHP runs Monday through Friday and takes up most of the day, making it the right fit if you need daily, in-depth support.
IOP meets fewer hours and fewer days per week, so you can keep working, studying, or caring for family while you get treatment. Many people step down from PHP into IOP. Others start with IOP directly.
Do you treat primary mental health or primary substance use?
Both, equally. We are built to treat mental health conditions and substance use disorders as primary diagnoses, not one as an afterthought to the other. Many of the people we serve are dealing with both at once, along with the trauma that often sits underneath.
Do you offer detox?
We do not provide medical detox on site. Our care begins once detox is complete. If you or a loved one needs detox first, contact us and we will help point you toward a trusted provider, then welcome you when you are ready for the next step.
Do you offer residential or inpatient treatment?
We do not. We specialize in structured outpatient care, including PHP and IOP, so you can get real support while continuing to live at home. For clients who need a stable living environment during treatment, we offer optional sober living.
Can I keep working or going to school during IOP?
Yes. That is exactly what IOP is designed for. Sessions run a few hours a day, a few days a week, so treatment fits around your responsibilities rather than replacing them.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes. We facilitate transportation to IOP group sessions. Transportation for other programs and services can also be arranged, with an associated cost. Ask our admissions team for details.
Where are you located?
Our center is at 4519 Tilton Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33907, about a 10-minute drive from downtown. We primarily serve Lee County, and we welcome anyone in Southwest Florida looking for mental health or addiction treatment.
You Can Grow From Here
