Outpatient Treatment Programs in Fort Myers, FL

Some people come to us for their mental health. Some come for substance use. Most are carrying both, and have spent a long time being treated for only one.

We treat both as primary, in structured outpatient programs built around your real life, with the trauma underneath taken as seriously as the symptoms on the surface.

Areas of Care

Mental Health Treatment in Fort Myers, FL

Mental health conditions do not resolve on their own, and left untreated they often deepen, straining relationships, work, and physical health, and increasing the risk of substance use.

Our licensed clinicians use proven approaches to help you re frame negative thought patterns, process trauma, and build real emotional resilience. We treat mental health as a primary diagnosis, not as a second thought.

Our mental health treatment programs include:

Substance Use and Addiction Treatment

Addiction is a complex condition, and it rarely stands alone. Beneath it there is often trauma, depression, anxiety, or a nervous system that has been running on high alert for years.

We treat what is underneath, not just what is visible, with personalized care and evidence-based clinical interventions.

Our substance use treatment programs include:

Outpatient Care That Meets You Exactly Where You Are

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our most intensive level of care. PHP runs Monday through Friday and combines individual therapy, group sessions, family therapy, and skill-building workshops with a structured daily rhythm.

It is the right fit if you need in-depth daily support, whether you are stepping down from a higher level of care elsewhere or starting with us directly. You attend during the day and return home in the evening.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP meets fewer hours and fewer days per week than PHP, so you can keep working, studying, or caring for your family while you get meaningful clinical support. Many people step down into IOP after PHP. Others start here.

Our IOP also includes neurofeedback, which most programs reserve for higher levels of care or don’t offer at all.

Optional Sober Living

We offer sober living as an option for clients in recovery from substance use who need a stable, supportive place to stay while they focus on treatment.

Our sober living option provides structure and community, with transportation to and from your PHP or IOP sessions.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in Fort Myers

For those in recovery from substance use, particularly alcohol or opioids, MAT combines FDA-approved medications with behavioral therapy to reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

Our medical team prescribes and manages medication as part of an integrated plan, never as a standalone fix.

A Space Designed for Healing

Our Fort Myers center was built to feel like somewhere you can breathe. Outdoor gardens, a smoke-free campus, flexible technology policies, and internet access, so you can stay connected to work and family while you focus on yourself.

And then there is Southwest Florida itself, the beach and the light and the nature just outside the door.

Stories of Growth and Progress

Support That Continues After Treatment Ends

Finishing a program is not the finish line, and we do not disappear when it ends.

Our discharge planning starts well before your last session, and includes housing and employment support and follow-up sessions for ongoing care.

The goal is simple. You leave with a plan, a support system, and somewhere to turn when things get hard, because what you build here should hold up out there.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Treatment Programs

Do you treat primary mental health or primary substance use?

Both, equally. We are built to treat mental health conditions and substance use disorders as primary diagnoses, not one as an afterthought to the other. Many of the people we serve are facing both at once, along with the trauma that often sits underneath.

We do not provide medical detox on site. Our care begins once detox is complete. If you or a loved one needs detox first, contact us and we will help point you toward a trusted provider, then welcome you when you are ready for the next step.

We do not. We specialize in structured outpatient care, including PHP and IOP, so you can get real support while living at home. For clients who need a stable living environment during treatment, we offer optional sober living.

Both are outpatient programs where you live at home. PHP is more intensive, running Monday through Friday and taking up most of the day. IOP meets fewer hours and fewer days per week, so you can keep working, studying, or caring for family while in treatment. Many people step down from PHP into IOP.

Yes. We facilitate transportation to IOP groups and PHP appointments for clients in our sober living. Transportation for other programs and services can be arranged at an additional cost.

In most cases, yes, particularly in IOP, which is designed to fit around work, school, and family responsibilities. PHP requires a bigger daily time commitment, so our admissions team can help you think through what is realistic.

You do not have to figure that out on your own. Our admissions team will talk through your history, your current needs, and your responsibilities, then recommend the level of care that actually fits. If we are not the right place for you, we will tell you that too.

Yes. Our programs are open and affirming to LGBTQ+ adults, and our clinicians are trained to provide care that respects your identity rather than treating it as something to “fix”.

Our center is at 4519 Tilton Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33907, about a 10-minute drive from downtown. We primarily serve Lee County and welcome anyone across Southwest Florida.
