At Sprout Recovery we are committed to protecting the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI). We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Protected Health Information. While no security system is completely secure, we use reasonable measures to safeguard your information in compliance with federal law.
