Dr. Chadd Eaglin, MD

Psychiatrist, Medical Director

Dr. Eaglin is a board-certified psychiatrist recognized by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his medical education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and underwent residency training at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Since starting his practice in 2011, Dr. Eaglin has been committed to evaluating and treating both children and adults using evidence-based methods.

He offers comprehensive medication management and psychotherapy services, focusing on enhancing psychiatric health and overall well-being. In 2016, Dr. Eaglin broadened his treatment options by incorporating Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) into his practice, providing patients with innovative solutions for their mental health needs.

Michelle L. Feiszli, LMHC, QS, NCC, ACS

Clinical Director

Cynthia Rivera

Social Worker

Cynthia is licensed in Massachusetts and has over 22 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate their challenges. She graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Human Services and has since gained extensive experience in various roles that have deepened her understanding of social work.

Her career has included serving as the Director of a women’s homeless shelter, working with the Department of Children and Families in investigations, case management, and care coordination, and providing medical social work and counseling for home care agencies. Most recently, she served as the Director of Social Work in continuing care communities, facilitating group counseling and family therapy. Her experience also includes working with clients facing mental health issues and dual diagnosis, allowing her to approach care from a comprehensive perspective.

Cynthia believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Her approach to mental health and substance abuse treatment is rooted in collaboration and empowerment, working with individuals to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience and promote lasting change. Her goal is to ensure that each client feels understood and valued throughout their journey to healing.

Originally from Western Massachusetts, she lived in Connecticut before relocating to Southwest Florida three years ago. She is excited to be part of the Zion Group, where she continues to support and connect with clients in this vibrant community.

She is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals, providing compassionate and effective support every step of the way.

Miranda Marts, LMHC

Therapist

Ms. Marts comes to Sprout Recovery with extensive experience in delinquency, child welfare, crisis intervention, corrections, and addictions, having worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Florida Gulf Coast University, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.

Ms. Marts enjoys developing therapeutic relationships with clients and believes this is vital for their success. Her clinical focus includes adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and working with individuals with co-occurring disorders. Currently, she is interested in exploring outdoor therapy and how exercise enhances mental health. In her spare time, Ms. Marts enjoys being active and embracing the Florida lifestyle, creating memories with family and friends.
